Each year the Winifred Tumim Memorial Prize recognises best practice in charity governance, inspired by and using the Code of Good Governance.
The prize celebrates voluntary organisations that have used the Code to improve their governance and enhanced the positive impact of their organisation. With £1,000 given to the winning organisation, as well as public recognition for their achievements, this is an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of your organisation’s commitment to good governance.
Find out more on the Winifred Tumim Memorial Prize website, including whether your organisation qualifies to enter.
“The award has brought prestige to the charity and helped show the quality of our governance in bids for funding and when networking. It is a great way to highlight the quality of our work and the standards we attain.”
